What you get...

This personalised program enables you to identify and establish strategies to live your life in a happier and healthier way. This package consists of:

1 x 90 minute foundation session to better understand your vision of health and create a plan on how you can gain maximum benefit from your bespoke program. 

4 x 60 minute follow up sessions to identify priorities, set goals, assess progress and acknowledge achievements.​​

1 x 60 minute summary session to review progress, celebrate accomplishments and explore maintenance strategies to ensure you stay on track once your program has completed.

  • Tools and accountability for implementing lifestyle changes

  • Positive Psychology

  • Dietary and exercise guidance

  • Stress reduction techniques

  • Mon-Fri 9-5 online support between sessions via Voxer


Sessions take place over Zoom weekly or fortnightly.* 

*Weekly option is a 6 week duration
